Easy roasted marrow bone recipe

The art of savoring bone marrow is a timeless tradition that transcends borders and delights palates worldwide. In this recipe, we will take you on a journey to create a dish that is both decadent and easy to prepare.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 pieces (approximately 4 lbs) of beef or veal bone marrow, center-cut and 3 inches long
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 piece of baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces and toasted (for serving)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F or 230°C.
  2. Place the bones, cut side up, on a sturdy baking sheet or cast-iron skillet.
  3. Generously season the bones with salt.
  4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the marrow is soft and starts to separate slightly from the bone.
  5. Serve hot with slices of toasted baguette and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy!
