3 Mindful breathing techniques

Even more than that, it helps to balance emotions, reduce impulses, and keep the brain constantly alert. Whenever you’re looking to boost your energy or simply relax, it’s important to try one of the following conscious breathing practices:

1-  4×8 Breathing technique.

Sit comfortably with your back straight. Lower your eyelids to relax further.

Now close your eyes or stare lightly at a specific point. Breathe in on the count of 4 and pause for a moment, then breathe out on the count of 8.

Slowly repeat this at least four times.

You’ll soon notice the relaxing effects on your mind, body, energy, and emotions.
